  • Youll develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps.
  • Youll design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals.
  • Youll drive company culture.
  • Youll ensure delivery of an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business.
  • Youll conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan.
  • Youll set up onthejob training system handle placement and scheduling of trainees monitor and supervise their performance.
  • Youll manage the training budget effectively ensure costeffective solutions without compromising the quality of programs.
  • Youll administer all training records ensure efficient records keeping and filing system.

Your experience and personality are that certain something ...

  • Youve a proven track record in training leadership role for at least 2 years.
  • Youve excellent skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
  • Youve strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Youre creative proactive confident in working with other teams and leaders.
  • Youre detailedoriented and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Youre familiar with talent management and performance appraisal processes.
