As a Reception Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling
- Upsell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/telemarketing
- Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud and other Reservations systems
- Wellpresented and professionally groomed at all times
