Job Description
- Oversee smooth hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager ensuring topnotch customer service.
- Maintain visible management presence at the Front Desk and lobby during peak times.
- Assist with guest checkins and checkouts as needed.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Resolve issues promptly and fairly ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Lead train and inspire the team advocate for Accor Live Limitless and keep public areas pristine.
Qualifications :
You will be:
- Bringing onboard a minimum of 12 years experience in a similar role ready to hit the ground running
- Showcasing a track record as an Assistant Manager in a budget or upscale hotel.
- Equipped with highlevel communication & leadership skills working in a fastpaced environment.
- Passionately committed to delivering exceptional customer service experiences
