Job Description
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks in guest rooms ensuring all furniture fixtures and fittings are in excellent condition.
- Repair and maintain wooden structures furniture and fixtures throughout the resort.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become significant problems.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Assist with refurbishment projects and other carpentryrelated tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Carpenter preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques materials and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
