Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions.
Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards.
Maintains the balance in operational administrative and colleague needs by providing guidance and motivation to the Front Office team.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
Minimum of three (3) years in the service industry with at least one (1) year relevant experience.
An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System (MicrosFidelio)
Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
