Greeting our Guests
Dealing with all incoming reservations
Upselling outlets
Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera
Dealing with room blocks groups and tours
Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities
- Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a hotel environment
Opera Cloud knowledge is essential
ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental
Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus
