You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Veterinarian (DVM) you will provide highquality medical care to a variety of animal patients. You will work closely with a team of experienced veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the wellbeing of all animals under your care. This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions in animals
Develop and implement treatment plans for sick or injured animals
Perform surgical procedures including spays neuters and other soft tissue surgeries
Administer medications and vaccinations as needed
Educate pet owners on proper animal care and disease prevention
Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
Active state veterinary license
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian
Strong surgical and medical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic towards animals and their owners
