About the Role:
As a Design Technology Teacher you will:
- Deliver engaging and stimulating Design Technology lessons across the curriculum catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 78) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years 911).
- Foster a love of design and problemsolving in students encouraging creativity and experimentation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students can develop their design and practical skills effectively (planning construction using a variety of materials and tools).
- Contribute to curriculum development ensuring it aligns with the schools vision national requirements and the latest advancements in design education.
- Create a positive stimulating and safe learning environment in the workshop.

- Qualified Design Technology teacher with a demonstrable track record of success in engaging students and developing their design and practical skills.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of design and problemsolving in students of all abilities.
