They are seeking a midlevel Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Charlotte office.
Job Description
- Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks including acquisitions dispositions leasing due diligence and joint ventures.
- Structure negotiate and draft documentation for commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on various highprofile projects locally and nationally.
- Maintain strong client communication and problemsolving skills.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
- 25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills selfmotivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
