They are looking for Agile software developers who have demonstrable skills in collaboration and communication who can balance feature velocity with high quality code delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills this is at the top as it is likely the most important qualification
• Familiarity with a JavaScript everywhere paradigm with web frontend and serverside development in the cloud
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a desire to work within a highly collaborative fastpaced team
• Passionate about delivering highquality software with automated monitoring and recovery to minimize extinguish fires before they happen
• A degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent similar experience

Nice to Have:

• 2 years of experience in fullstack development demonstrated through previous projects including significant knowledge of NodeJS JavaScript/typescript
• 5 years overall software development experience including experience building secure software applications
• Development and implementation of Microservices with a working knowledge of REST APIs and experience creating and maintaining Open API documentation
• Development experience with Kubernetes (deploying services troubleshooting)
• Experience with eventbased distributed architectures
• Familiarity with cloud services (particularly AWS) and serverless technologies
• React / Redux development or equivalent Angular/Vue experience
