This role is based in Farnborough Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a fulltime position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the product team where youll work closely with the Product Manager. Youll help with creating an exciting programme of walking holidays in Austria Switzerland and Sloveniathat fit ourcompany ethos and maintain profitable growth. Youll become an expert in your destination/s and work closelywith departments throughout the business. This is a varied role where youll be able to think and developcreatively as well as analytically.
- Writing exciting and accurate content for the website and brochure
- Proofreading content to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining the website by updating content and images when needed and ensuring hotels and resortsare advertised accurately
- Create support and training documents for internal users
- Ensuring hotel activity and extras contracts are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Working closely with our overseas teams trading loading reservations operations guest relations and marketing departments to help with any questions and product recommendations
- Building and maintaining relationships with overseas suppliers including hotels DMCs and tourist boards
- Assisting with overbookings hotel and resort changes or incorrect brochure/website information toresolve any customer issues
- Maintaining internal systems to ensure product is on sale and inventory is correctly loaded
- Assist with trading meetings and commercial analysis of hotels and resorts requesting extra beds wherenecessary and ensuring product is competitively priced
- Assist with competitor analysis
- Travelling overseas when necessary to visit hotels and resort teams
- Occasionally represent the company at trade events

- Excellent written English communication & copywriting skills and a good understanding of websitecontent and SEO
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident teamplayer with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively cooperate with cross functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment with tight deadlines
- Passionate about travel and delivering high levels of customer experience
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programmes including Excel
- Knowledge of the destinations we operate in passion for walking and understanding of a language isdesirable
