Position: Local or Travel LPN
Location: LPN :Lancaster PA 17603 PA GH : 32 ; 3p11 pm
LPN:Lebanon PA 17042 GH : 32 ; 2:45 p 11:15 p
LPN:Carlisle PA 17015 GH : 32; 6:30 A 3P
LPN:Gettysburg PA 17325 GH : 32 ; 3P 11:30 P
LPN:Pittsburgh PA 15220 GH : 32; 3p to 11 P
LPNBethlehem PA 18017 GH : 32 3p11p
TLPN :McMurray PA 15317 GH : 32 ; 11 p 7:30 A
TLPNDallastown PA 17313 GH : 32 7 A 3:30P
Facility: GENESIS EAST REGION
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x W2 rate after 40 hours
Pay Range:
Local LPN: $35 $37 per hour
Travel LPN: $40 $48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality nursing care to patients ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions documenting vital signs and health changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene mobility and nutritional needs.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families fostering a therapeutic environment.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Certificates:
- Valid LPN license in PA state or a multistate LPN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Proof of COVID19 vaccination.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required.
