We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chemistry or Physics teacher to join our client school in Merton South London. This outstandingrated school is committed to providing students with a highquality education in all subjects including Chemistry or Physics. They are looking for a teacher who is passionate about their subject has a proven track record of success and is able to inspire students to learn.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chemistry or Physics teacher with experience teaching KS3/4 and KS5. They will be responsible for delivering highquality lessons developing and implementing the curriculum leading extracurricular activities and supporting students in their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality Chemistry or Physics lessons to KS3/4 and KS5 pupils
- Develop and implement the Chemistry or Physics curriculum in collaboration with other Chemistry or Physics teachers
- Lead and coach extracurricular Chemistry or Physics activities
- Provide academic and personal support to Chemistry or Physics pupils
Qualifications and Experience
- Chemistry or Physicsrelated degree
- QTS or PGCE
Salary
The salary for this Chemistry or Physics teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
