About this role......
- Provide comprehensive support in operational maintenance of an online loyalty reward platform
- Handle global members enquiries directly or via clients through emails
- Liaise with merchant partners to investigate and resolvetransactional queries
- Identify problems and proactively suggest improvements
- Support financial reconciliation & client reporting processes
- Compile reports for senior managers clients and partnership organizations
You might fit for the role if you have......
- Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline
- Working experience inaffiliate marketing and/or ecommerceis an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidate can also speak in other languages such as Spanish is preferred
- Proficient in excel with knowledge in VBA is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Proactive detailminded and able to work multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
