Job Description
We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting services which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and assignments.
Job Description
- They do all work in close collaboration with each other and openly share to create psychological safety.
- They pull from backlog based on prioritization from the PO/DPO in alignment with stakeholders and architects.
- They collaborate to ensure the right functionality is being developed.
- They understand the product the need it serves and the users that are using it.
- They estimate the size and complexity of the work to be able to plan the upcoming PIs.
- They determine and maintain the technical design/development in the area to be aligned to the POs/DPOs roadmap.
- They commit to the work they plan to accomplish in the upcoming PI and take needed actions to succeed.
- They are accountable to fulfill the definition of done for a feature and they make sure the Definition is written with the stakeholder.
- They own the whole life cycle design develop test deploy in product.
- They communicate internally and externally to create transparency and visualize the commitments/results for success.
- They share the knowledge and best practices within the team as well as with other teams.
- They provide ideas and take ownership of the HOW as they would strive to be the experts.
- They commit to continues improvement in skills with growth mindset.
- They strive for a cross functional T shaped team setup to deliver the product.
- They are committed to the quality and security of product and continuously work to improve.
- They commit to supporting the product as the 3R line support.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
- Web development experience is required.
- .Net Framework .NET Core Angular Svelte Vue.JS Entity Framework GIT MQ SQLserver Azure DevOps Javascript Swagger API Graph QL
- Test Driven Development experience
- Experience with JIRA confluence and Azure Devops
- Security knowledge
- Cloud/Azure knowledge
- Growth mindset
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams
- Communication transparency growth mindset and open for innovation
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Passion for DevOps way of working automation continuous improvements and a strong sense of team collaboration.
