Restaurant General Manager
Hamilton Ohio

We Offer:

Compensation up to $62000 (Hourly OT)
Health / Dental/ Vision/ Life Insurance is available after 90 days.

Employer pays 50% of health insurance premiums

40 50hr work week

PTO
Vacation 5 days after 12 months

As a Restaurant General Manager you will play a crucial role in leading the restaurants daily operations. Your ability to lead communicate effectively and maintain high standards will contribute to the success of our establishment. Here are the key responsibilities and duties associated with this position:

  1. Staff Supervision and Training:
    • Assist in recruiting training and supervising restaurant staff.
    • Ensure efficient staffing levels during peak hours.
    • Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.
    • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    • Uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
  3. Inventory and Ordering:
    • Monitor product inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies as needed.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Implement costeffective inventory management practices.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Assist in cash handling reporting and balancing registers.
    • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
    • Implement measures to minimize costs and improve overall profitability.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  6. Shift Management:
    • Schedule shifts allocate tasks and manage employee breaks.
    • Coordinate with other managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  7. Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager preferably in a customerfocused QSR or QCR with volume >$1.5MM
    • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred).
    • Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
    • Serve safe certified
    • Guestfocused high energy
    • Strong leadership potential
    • Experience with performance management coaching & corrective action is a plus
    • Excellent administrative skills
