Job Description
Responsibilities:
Utilities Invoice Processing:
- Date stamp code scan and upload all invoices upon receipt.
- Input data into our accounting system (AMSI).
- Prepare invoices/checks for review and signature and handle the mailing of payments.
- Open/close utility accounts with suppliers.
- Keep utility tracking charts current.
Contractor Payments:
- Enter hours for contractor payments into the accounting system (AMSI).
- Keep payment tracking charts current.
- Prepare payments for review and signature and handle the mailing of payments.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in accounting and real estate preferred.
- Highly proficient in office products including Excel Word Outlook and Adobe.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
