Job Description
Job Title: Cloud Migration QA tester
Location: Chicago IL (Onsite)
Duration: 2.5 Months
We are seeking a Manual Functional Tester with strong expertise in manual functional testing and integration testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of application workflows and be proficient in writing and managing test cases using tools like TestRail and Jira.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual functional testing on applications to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Execute integration testing to validate the functionality and interaction between various components of the application.
- Analyze application requirements to understand the scope and functionality for accurate testing.
- Develop write and maintain detailed test cases using TestRail and track/report bugs using Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues ensuring timely resolutions.
- Document test results and assist in continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Proven experience in manual functional testing with a strong understanding of integration testing practices.
- Proficiency in using TestRail for test case management and Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Ability to analyze applications and design comprehensive test cases.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
