We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the full lifecycle of contract management from budgeting and stakeholder engagement to ongoing project monitoring. Youll work closely with IT Operations and other key departments to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
The right candidate will bring handson experience in contract management possess strong analytical and technical abilities and have excellent communication skills to connect with a range of stakeholders. Tasks
- Manage contracts and negotiate with stakeholders
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams for seamless collaboration
- Provide strategic support in decisionmaking processes
- Implement optimization strategies for improved efficiency
- Oversee project management and ensure successful delivery
- Manage budgets and P&L for financial control
- Oversee asset management to maximize value
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Full professional level of French
- Full professional level of English
- Spanish or any other European language will be a plus
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Indepth knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and report data insights effectively
- Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Adaptable and versatile with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
