Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Country Manager with our GoToMarket in Germany and driving key commercial and strategic initiatives. If you are eager to experience what its like to launch a new strategy in a new country love to hustle and are excited about the climate tech space this is the role for you.
Tasks
As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern you will support the Country Manager in various tasks related to expanding Carbon Equitys presence in Germany. You will:
- Assist with commercial outreach and followup activities helping to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Support meetings by preparing agendas taking notes and ensuring followup actions are tracked
- Prepare commercial and strategic documents including proposals pitches and reports
- Help draft commercial communications and marketing materials
- Conduct background research for strategic initiatives providing insights for new market entry
- Contribute to strategy development and ideation working closely with the Country Manager
- Assist with various projects to help ensure smooth operational execution
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Requirements
- You have a university bachelors degree
- You possess superior analytical skills and are comfortable using Excel Google and Microsoft tools
- You are a strong independent thinker who is not afraid to share your opinions and ideas
- You are selfmotivated and proactive able to take initiative without needing detailed instruction
- You have a big appetite to learn and are constantly seeking ways to improve your skills
- You are fluent in German and can speak and write professional English
