Job Description
A growing international startup in the sales productivity sector is looking for a Senior UI Designer.
The companys solutions are used by more than 300K users including global brands like Amazon Uber and Google. They raised 4M in seed funding and hit 3M ARR in 2023. The company operates fully remote with a team of 35 employees from 15 countries fostering a highly diverse and inclusive work environment.
The Product:
The company offers tools that help sales teams optimize their workflows by providing realtime data and integration with CRMs and platforms like LinkedIn. The product is split into two parts:
- A browser extension that integrates LinkedIn with CRMs helping sales reps in their prospecting activities.
- A standalone platform designed to help sales teams scale their prospecting efforts beyond LinkedIn.
Tasks
- Analyze user behavior and identify key business needs to create intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers to propose UX solutions and design userfriendly workflows.
- Design desktop interfaces and build interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve the companys design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide detailed design specs and work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Occasionally contribute to updating and redesigning web pages in alignment with gotomarket strategies.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy grids typography and color theory.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map user journeys.
- Comfortable working in an international fully remote team.
NicetoHave:
- Experience designing dashboards admin interfaces or SaaS products.
