Job Description
Hi :) Im Alejandro Martnez a Freelance Headhunter from Barcelona. I have more than 7 years of experience in the recruitment world and for the last 3 years I have been a Freelancer collaborating with clients like Adevinta Klarna Vincle etc.
I am looking for a Recruiter & Sourcer that will help me identify the best candidates for the current & future vacancies that I am managing due to the high growth & high volume of roles that I have.
Seeking someone willing to earn some extra money and help me with the sourcing part mainly for some specific projects.
As I only need help with the sourcing part I am seeking someone who can either charge me by hours or by project.
Willing to discuss how we can collaborate together.
Tareas
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using our database and social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) ensuring that we are headhunting the best candidates.
- Talent pools: Pipelining exceptional candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with me.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Requisitos
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Handson experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective timemanagement abilities
