HRMS TechnoFunctional Support Consultant (Dedicated Resource)
The HRMS TechnoFunctional consultant responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Analyse requirements define scope present best available Oracle EBS solution
Carry out enhancement or new implementations based on business requirements
Replicate or change the setup for any subsidiary of the OIA and do any customization if required to carry out their business processes
Prepare functional specification and technical specification documents
Lead any report developments customizations & personalization etc. needed to support business requirements
Worked on SQL*Loader to load data from flat files obtained from different systems
Coordinate with Oracle support team for any issues or system bugs for fixing the issues
Coordinate with onsite technical consultants wherever needed
Continuously engage the OIA internal staff through the project and do a proper knowledge transfer
Either Modify the OAF Pages by himself or have it done through the Technical Developer under his supervision
Should be able to support in NONHRMS modules to fix reporting and workflow related issues
Required Skills
At least five years of expertlevel handson experience in the proposed role (HRMS modules above).
Multiple implementations Oracle R12 EBS HRMS
Expert level of skills on following Technical area: OAF framework PL/SQL Developer tool Workflow XML Publisher Fast Formulas Personalization Oracle Alerts
Strong written and verbal communications skills
