Our client is a well established steel supplier and fabricator situation in the East Rand. We are looking for a vibrant outgoing internal sales person to join a their stable growing team. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills have a neutral accent be cutomercentric with grit and drive!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Create compelling sales pitches
- Quote customers as per requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly targets as set out by Management
- Complete all paperwork related to the sale including job cards
- Following of the process of a job through the CRM system to ensure jobs are not delivered late
- Cold calling / reach out to potential customers
- Continually staying in contact with customers (i.e birthdays post delivery follow ups quality followups etc.)
- Additional responsibilities may be given or may change as required
Requirements
- Proven track record in any type of sales role / experience in a customer service centric role
- Fully PC literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Gogetter driven attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and with high volumes of quotations / orders on a daily basis
