This is a remote position.
Client Success & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships and ensuring longterm success.
- Understand clients business goals and develop strategies to meet their marketing objectives.
- Proactively monitor and report on campaign performance offering solutions to improve results and increase ROI.
- Lead regular checkins progress meetings and strategy sessions with clients to ensure alignment with their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative sales operations) to deliver exceptional service and achieve client goals.
- Anticipate potential challenges troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure a smooth client experience.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute customized marketing plans across various channels including social media email content and paid advertising.
- Develop datadriven marketing strategies to increase client visibility engagement and revenue.
- Analyze client performance metrics identify trends and optimize campaigns to achieve better outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure cuttingedge strategies.
- Provide creative direction for campaigns ensuring they align with the client s brand and goals.
- Manage marketing budgets timelines and deliverables while maintaining a high level of quality.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns and projects.
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign progress including insights analytics and actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics CRM data etc.) to deliver detailed performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Client Retention & Growth:
- Foster strong lasting client relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities to help clients grow and achieve further success through advanced marketing solutions.
- Continuously improve the client experience by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management sales and marketing (1 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO SEM social media content marketing etc.) and traditional advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering results and delighting clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho Salesforce) and marketing platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.).
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
