Job Description

SEEKING: HQ Local Support


JOB PURPOSE


We are looking for an IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and maintenance of our clients IT systems and infrastructure from the users to the customers and suppliers.


The IT Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware software and networking components as well as addressing any ITrelated issues or concerns. He will be under the responsibility of a more experienced technician





KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Install configure and maintain hardware and software components (workstations).

Solve incidents regarding network

Provide technical support and assistance to endusers both remotely and onsite to resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner. The support will be done via phone/email and ServiceNow.

Provide and configure devices of newcomers (Phone including line management Laptop) plus training. Including the inventory management of the devices and consumables.

Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems identify root causes and implement effective solutions in partnership with Group teams.

Manage user accounts permissions and access rights in accordance with company policies and security best practices.

Document technical procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Perform monthly reporting.

Supervise the smooth operation from the meeting rooms (Cisco environment).





SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors degree with specialization in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role with a strong understanding of IT systems infrastructure and technologies.

Proficiency in installing configuring and troubleshooting hardware software and networking components.

Solid knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Windows IOS Android) productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office 365) and network environment.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients colleagues and suppliers.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Two languages need to be spoken: Spanish and English (C1). French is a plus.

Certifications are a plus.

100% on site role (no remote work)



WE OFFER:

Fulltime Freelance contract

Rate: 240/ 260 per day VAT (According to proven experience)

Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects

Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) On site
