Job Description
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and assess their impact on business operations.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet regulatory requirements and enhance market positioning.
- Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and potential regulatory challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on market dynamics and regulatory implications.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities industry groups and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences regulatory meetings and forums.
- Lead and manage projects related to regulatory submissions product launches and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for policy changes that benefit the organization and its stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks related to regulatory compliance and commercial activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master s degree (M.Degree MBA) or PhD in a relevant field such as business administration law public policy or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and commercial best practices.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
