Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope objectives timelines resources and budgets. Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements communicate progress and manage expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess project management processes and methodologies proposing enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Facilitate training sessions on project management best practices.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is completed maintained and compliant with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
- Master s Degree MBA or PhD in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery in specific industry if applicable.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Trello) and tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel Power BI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
