Job Description
Your Role:
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Lead the functional analysis of requested changes or improvements.
- Estimate the workload and cost of changes for both projects and maintenance.
- Explore multiple solution approaches and assess the impact on current systems.
- Ensure service continuity and maintain solution quality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of modifications based on specifications.
- Keep documentation uptodate.
- Develop test plans oversee testing ensure quality and manage deployment.
- Monitor and resolve issues.
- Actively participate in SAP HR projects.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams.
Your Profile:
- Degree in HR IT or equivalent experience (Bachelor or Master).
- At least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong interest in HR systems and applications.
- Willingness to develop expertise in SAP and functional analysis.
- Fluent in either Dutch or French with a passive understanding of the other.
- Knowledge of the energy sector and S/4HANA is an asset.
- Key skills: listening conceptualization communication customer orientation teamwork independence and selflearning.
