Job Description

DSS Consulting Zrt. has been providing comprehensive software development and testing services to large enterprises including banks insurance companies and industrial firms for over 26 years. Initially focused on the Hungarian market we have achieved increasing success internationally in recent years. Our strategic goal is to expand our presence in the German market and grow our client base in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and help us achieve our expansion goals in Germany. Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling the fullservice portfolio of DSS including development and resource management projects with a focus on large enterprises in the German market.
  • Expanding our corporate client base and nurturing existing client relationships leveraging crossselling and upselling opportunities.
  • Understanding clients business and ITspecific challenges identifying new business opportunities and assessing requirements in collaboration with our technical team.
  • Strengthening client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing feedback effectively.
  • Monitoring highlevel client projects and maintaining oversight on their progress.
  • Preparing proposals and leading contract negotiations within the sales process.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the IT sector or a related field. We value the experience and network you bring from similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken. Youll use it daily and we support your language development.
  • A willingness to grow and be open to feedback. We believe in continuous development through collaboration.
  • The ability to think within complex systems understanding the "why" and determining the "how."
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills these will open doors for you.
  • A positive successoriented attitude and dynamism. Your energy will not only drive your success but also inspire the team to achieve shared goals.
  • A precise and conscientious approach to work. Your attention to detail ensures tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Team spirit and active participation in teamwork. We succeed together with everyone s contributions making a difference.
  • The ability to identify what s essential and simplify complex issues. Simple solutions are often the key to solving big problems.


Nice to have:

  • Indepth knowledge of the banking insurance or industrial sectors.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Sales experience and an established network in Germany or the DACH region.
