Roles and responsibilities

In the role of a Shopify Plus consultant, you'll play a crucial part in assisting merchants with their launch processes, providing timely and customized technical advice. This includes offering guidance on various essential topics such as data migration, third-party integrations, and front-end development. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that merchants can successfully transition to the Shopify Plus platform.

Additionally, you will work to enhance internal processes by actively seeking and implementing feedback and initiatives. This commitment to optimization not only improves workflows but also strengthens the team's overall efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications to the team:

• Fluency in German, either as a native speaker or with full professional proficiency, along with a high proficiency in English, as effective communication is crucial.
• Strong knowledge of web APIs and hands-on experience with client-side development, enabling you to navigate technical challenges efficiently.
• Experience with application ecosystems and integrating third-party technologies, which is essential for providing comprehensive support to merchants.
• A solid understanding of cloud-based technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) fundamentals, allowing you to offer informed guidance.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in agile project management, which will help you adapt to the fast-paced nature of e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of European and international commerce markets, ensuring that your advice is relevant and tailored to diverse business needs.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
