Responsibilities and more:
The Architect Executive Assistant will work closely with the Vice President to ensure smooth operations manage client relationships and assist with technical aspects of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural plans estimating hardware for window and door projects and bilingual communication in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executivelevel administrative support to the Vice President.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications related to window and door installations.
- Prepare estimates for various window and door hardware based on project needs.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients vendors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on track.
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence on behalf of the Vice President.
- Organize and maintain files documents and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and internal teams or external partners.
- Conduct research and compile data as required to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written proficiency required).
- Experience in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Proven ability to estimate window and door hardware requirements for various projects.
- 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience ideally in construction architecture or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the impact window and door industry or similar construction sectors.
- Familiarity with project management software and estimating tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadlinedriven environment.
