What you will be doing:
- Manage inbound calls and emails providing accurate and indepth assistance that exceeds guests expectations.
- Process reservation requests changes and cancellations received by phone or email
- Converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA including billing information.
- Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
- Amazing attention to detail and experience in a fastpaced environment
- Consistently offering exceptional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest whilst maximising revenue through upselling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
