Job Description
The Engineering Technician Daily Worker works closely with the engineering team to carry out routine inspections repairs and troubleshooting technical issues across various systems such as HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical equipment. The Engineering Technician Daily Worker is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort and safety while also ensuring the hotels facilities are efficient and functional.
Qualifications :
The candidates for this position must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent as well as prior experience in a similar technical role ideally in the hospitality or luxury service industry. Candidates should have a good grasp of HVAC plumbing electrical systems and general maintenance procedures. It is essential to possess strong problemsolving skills effective communication abilities and be able to work collaboratively within a team. While having formal technical certifications is beneficial it is important to have a proven track record of handson experience in maintenance and repair combined with a proactive and detailoriented approach. This is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotels complex infrastructure and contributing to a superior guest experience.
