Summary
Responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to the table.
- Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone walkin email & website.
- Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
- Manage seating arrangements.
- Ensure that dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Provide guests with menu recommendations & answer questions they may have.
- Attend to any special requests or needs the guest may have.
- Handle cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell special promotions and events to guests.
Qualifications :
Your Experience and Skills include :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic & fastpaced environment.
