Job Description
- Prepare equipment requested by outlets and/or Banquet.
- Ensure equipment required for functions and/or restaurant service are prepared on a timely manner.
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Should be flexible and ready to work any shift day or night given as per requirement of the outlet.
- Living close to the hotel due to late operations during night time or early morning.
- English and Japanese verbal skills desirable.
- Multitasking
- Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
