Job Description
- Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Greet customers and present menus and explain the items to the guests.
- Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Motivate team for high performance and satisfaction/engagement.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Should be flexible and ready to work any shift day or night given as per requirement of the outlet.
- Living close to the hotel due to late operations during night time.
- English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
- Multitasking due to multiple tasks at hand.
- Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
