GENERAL MISSION
Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently
- Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
- Cleanliness of the kitchen is the higher priority. Including detailed log sheets.
- Control the look and freshness of the food being served to the guests in the outlet.
- Maintain healthy approach to the food offer.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
- Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
- Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work according to standard recipes.
HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep good rapport with all staff.
- Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.

Keep good relationships with all staff at all times.
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of similar experience as Commis 3 or a fresher.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
