Job Description
Spa Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist to perform different types of massages beauty treatments and wellness therapies depending on guests needs and preferences.
- Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure handson treatment cleanliness room ambience and overall spa experience.
- The responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests informing guests of spa packages promotions and rates and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests needs.
- You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and upsell spa products.
- At all times you must be representative of the qualities of someone delivering luxury service standards.
- To provide warm welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments spa therapy and the facility
- Monitors maintains and restocks assigned room with products supplies disposables and work tools.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
- Certified as Spa Therapist
- With good English communication skills
- With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
- Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multitask
