As the General Manager of the hotel your key responsibilities will be:
- Serve as the primary strategic business leader overseeing hotel operations to achieve customer satisfaction (guests employees corporate and owner) and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- Ensure the highest quality of service embodying the Ibis brand ethos.
- Optimize RevPar through effective management of various sales channels.
- Lead the team by exemplifying the Heartist spirit.
- Guarantee the quality of Accommodation & Catering offerings.
- Implement and monitor procedures to ensure proper standards are maintained.
- Uphold labor relations health and safety standards.
- Represent ACCOR and the hotel owner in all relevant matters.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong customer orientation commitment and emotional intelligence.
- Serve as a point of reference and credibility for hotel staff and stakeholders.
- Solid managerial skills to unite the team around shared goals focusing on quality and economic objectives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
