Line Cook prepares all food items according to hotel recipes and standards. As a Cook II you proactively prioritize tasks to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality of food for our guests. As a Line Cook you will possess a complete understanding of the menu recipes and presentations and are aware of potential food allergens in each dish. You must have excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment.
