Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant youll play a vital role in our team ensuring seamless events functions and restaurant service. Whether you excel in the bar or thrive in our signature restaurant Bistro On3 we have opportunities for you to shine. From serving guests with professionalism to demonstrating creative flare youll contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare cocktails and beverages to guests dining in our outlets.
- Set up and prepare banquet venues according to event requirements and standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Food & Beverage outlets.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination during events and service.
- Adhere to brand standards policies and health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications :
- Passion for hospitality service excellence innovation and drive
- Motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality and/or luxury environments preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays.
