As Food and Beverage Team Leader your primary focus will be to ensure that all aspects of F & B and Meeting and Events are provided agreed standard in a timely manner.
In this role you will act as the greatest ambassador to our hotel playing a fundamental part in the Food and Beverage and Meeting and Events experience of our guests. You will be well organised with the ability to work well under pressure showing excellent response and reactive skills to fluctuating levels of operational demands. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys being the focal point of guest interaction and truly enjoys delivering top class service to guests.

Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House is a picturesque boutique hotel that occupies three buildings two of which 19th century manor houses bursting with character. The hotel is newly refurbished with a dcor based on Oxford style vintage fashion.
Set amongst 3 acres of private gardens and only 2 miles from Oxford city centre Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is a beautiful country manor in the picturesque village of Iffley. A total of 77 rooms all ensuite are divided between two buildings each with an entirely different character.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a onenight stay for you to experience this first hand.

- Experience in a similar position is essential
- Customer service focused
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Service oriented with an eye for details passion and innovative for Food & Beverage
- Good presentation and influencing skills
