- Previous banquet service experience is an asset
- Previous bartending experience required
- Ability to take direction and read banquet event orders
- Excellent followthrough of tasks and attention to detail
- Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs
- Maintain professional and welcoming service to all guests and colleagues
