We are looking for fun energetic multi taskers with a passion for creating Christmas Magic one wonderful welcome at a time. Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Seasonal dates of position: November 1st through January 10th
- Anticipate guests needs creating memorable experiences
- Consistently offer a professional friendly greeting and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Available evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
