Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

The objective of this project is to revise a B2B website developed with FirstSpirit, aiming to enhance user-friendliness and efficiency. Our goal is to optimize the website's structure to better meet the needs of our B2B target audience, ensuring that all users—ranging from potential customers to existing business partners—can swiftly and intuitively locate relevant information.

Required Skills

To achieve these objectives, we seek professionals with a robust skill set:

  1. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with FirstSpirit is essential, as it will facilitate a smoother revision process.

  2. UX/UI Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is critical for creating intuitive layouts that enhance usability.

  3. Usability Testing and User Research: Experience in conducting usability tests and user research will help gather insights directly from users, guiding design improvements.

  4. Information Architecture Knowledge: Understanding how to structure and organize content effectively is vital for creating an accessible and navigable site.

  5. User Journeys and Personas: Skills in creating and analyzing user journeys and personas will enable us to better cater to the specific needs of various user segments.

  6. B2B Website Experience: Familiarity with the unique requirements of B2B websites ensures that our revisions address the distinct challenges faced by our audience.

  7. Data Analysis: The ability to analyze data and interpret user behavior will help us identify pain points and areas for improvement.

  8. Navigation Optimization: Experience in enhancing navigation structures is crucial for ensuring users can easily find information.

  7. Technical Feasibility Discussion: Collaborate with FirstSpirit experts to evaluate the technical feasibility of the proposed recommendations.
