Job Description
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service ensuring the Raffles brand positioning personality service culture and values are personified at all times.
- Assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand service compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.
- Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel facilities are maintained clean sanitary and in orderly condition.
- Ensure the daily inspection of guest rooms are ready for occupancy in the highest standards.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a Luxury Hotel Housekeeping leadership capacity.
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience
- Strong guest service orientation.
- Proven ability to guide and coach team members.
- Work Authorization in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship
