- Assist guests with queries and provide recommendations. You will be knowledgeable on Whats On in Sydney and be able to provide assistance with dining experiences tickets to a show attraction to see or transportation.
- Connect with people from around the world everyday creating outstanding guest experiences for them.
- Oversee daily operations and delegate appropriate tasks on shift.
- Supervise the team of Porters and Welcomers on shift driving their performance.
- Foster a consistent and guestcentric culture within the team to be able to deliver a guest experience like no other in line with our luxury brand standards.
Qualifications :

- Service industry experience and ability to excel in a luxury brand
- Ideal role for a Bell Captain or Porter Team Leader ready to step into a leadership role
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions
- Ability to motivate and encourage others to work as a team to achieve business objectives
- Experience with the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) would be advantageous but not essential
- Bilingual/Multilingual highly regarded
- Desire to grow learn new skills and contribute to a rewarding team environment
