Your role
You will be joining our strong Business Development team passionate about working with technical sales within the refrigeration business and developing sales. With report to Business Development Manager, you will play an important role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for growing revenue from the sale of Advansors products through the development and maintenance of long-term strategic relationships with new and existing direct and indirect customers within the food retail industry.
You will have a broad interface and collaboration with resources across our organization including Regional Sales, Sales Engineering, R&D and Electrical- and Mechanical Engineering. Together with our regional sales team and Sales Engineering, you will play an important role in defending and expanding our market position.
As part of Advansor, you will get an important position in a dynamic team with skilled and dedicated international colleagues, and not the least, get the opportunity to contribute to our position as the world’s leading manufacturer of sustainable CO2 climate solutions.
You will be working from your home office somewhere in Europe, and you will have 30-40 travel days per year including customer visits, fairs and visits to our HQ in Brabrand, Denmark.

Furthermore, you enjoy working in an ambitious international environment and have experience working with cross functional teams. You have a collaborative mindset, and you are eager to learn and share your knowledge. Our corporate language is English, and therefore, it is a requirement that you can communicate in English both orally and in writing at a high level. Additional language skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
