Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous efficient professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
Followsup on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate room type billing etc.) in PM for accuracy.
Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service teamwork and stepping out of the box where possible
Qualifications :
Work Experience in a 45 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
Experience within Accor is desirable
English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
Experience with systems like:
Opera Cloud
Resaweb
TL Lincoln
Table check
Ikyu Restaurants
Hot Pepper etc.
